Nozzle Vacuum Band Sealer
The nozzle vacuum band sealers are the high quality continuous band sealer with nozzle type vacuum device designed to remove 70-90% of excess air from the bag. Suitable for sealing all types of materials and bags. Can be used for food, medical or cosmetic industries to name a few.
Uses PE, Nylon, Aluminum foil bags or any heat sealable material. Solid and dry products only. No vacuum liquid and powder.
Horizontal type: for any solid & dry products.
Vertical type: for longer bag and heavier weight.
A nozzle vacuum band sealer must be choosing depends on the products and weight. (If the products are in liquid and powder types, please use chamber type vacuum sealer.) or it is in a longer bag filling, it is suggested to use the vertical band sealer, because it is suitable for a wide range of bag heights with adjustable sealing head and conveyor.
Because of Nozzle, the distance from content to bag opening must be left 35mm(903A) , 55-60mm (903VT, 905VT)
